This book has caused a huge fuss in the UK, due to efforts the author went to in order to get it published. Frustrated by the fact no publishers would take the story on, he concoted a story bout how e had found a pickled dragon in his garage. This story was soon in every newspaper in the country, with pictured of the author holding up the large jar containing the supposed ancient pickled dragon. Despite it proving to be hoax, it created so much publicity that a publishing house agreed to take on and publish the story, and the rest, as they say, is history!!
