This is a very rare copy of the UK proof which was sent out to those invited to the book launch (not me I'm afraid!). This copy is wrapped in parchment and tied with string. This still has the original parchment intact, with the original gum sealing the edges and the original string still tied around it (Most copies of this are standard UK proofs which people have wrapped brown paper and string around).
It also has the original label attached, and also has the invitation to the book launch at the St James Club in London, which again has string tied around it.
Unfortunately there is a minor tear to the parchment at the bottom of the front cover (about 5mm long), which has also scuffed the front of the proof below.
Still, very rare still sealed.
